The service was a mix of exceptional care from some staff members, overshadowed by rude behavior at the front counter. The dining experience was a letdown with a subpar breakfast buffet. Despite some drawbacks, the room was stifling and had water damage issues, and the resort fee felt unjustified without special features like a hot tub. Facilities were average with missing amenities and a musky room scent.
